Welcome to Precision Products Group Inc. (Also known as PPG or PPG Company from here on out) Website (the "Site"). provides this Site as a service to its customers. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our company. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
General
We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such changes constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.
Terms and Conditions of Sale:
Payment Options
We honor Business Checks, and Funds Wire Transfers. VISA and MasterCard credit cards for all purchases made thorough our secure-transaction servers for some orders. Any credit card payments will have a minimum additional 4.5% processing fee. Purchase orders/work orders are accepted for production orders and design work. However; payment terms will be set up based upon our design, materials, and labor requirements.
Sale Taxes and Duties
Sales tax applies only for North Carolina residents/businesses. Duties for shipments sent outside the US may be assessed by your country. Duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We will require as the situation dictates a copy of your States Business Licenses for tax purposes.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the Product(s) being shipped. Shipping costs are not included on the product prices listed on the Site. A handling charge is assessed to cover the preparation of shipping your product. All shipping cost will be calculated based upon the finished product and delivery destination. In most cases shipping cost are an in advance payment requirement. Before the shipping of any product you will be required to pay for shipping cost at a minimum, unless being billed to your company account.
Below is based upon an average cost to ship based upon cost value of each product. As seen below a cost of 0.01 cents to $25.00 is equal to an estimated amount of $9.95 as a shipping cost. This serves as an estimate only and is subject to change based upon method of shipping, destination, and weight.

Delivery Times and Shipping
We attempt to ship your order within 48 hours unless the product is not in stock. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped within in the next two following business days.
Orders will be shipped via UPS (United Postal Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service).
Design and development projects are a continued progression work. We will ship the completed samples and or production as completed or as estimated during development..
Out of Stock Items & Backorders
We attempt to have an accurate and updated inventory of our products to provide you with their availability. In the unlikely case that a product is out of stock, we will NOT charge your credit card. Instead, we will capture the transaction and notify you by the next business day. At this point, you will have the option to cancel the order or place it on backorder. Depending on the quantity, backorders may be fulfilled within four to six weeks. Please email us before placing an order if you have any questions about this policy. If your backorder is not completed within the allotted time you may choose to cancel, or continue to wait. You may choose to have us ship portions of an order, or consolidate the order with the backordered products. Your remaining or complete order will be shipped as soon as the product(s) arrive(s). If the order is a special product or design specific to you or your company you will be required to submit portions or all of the payment up front or at time of purchases order prior to production. Production will not begin until payment has been received and funds successfully transferred.
Guarantee & Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to obtain a refund or replacement. All product returns must be accompanied with a written statement explaining your dissatisfaction. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Item(s) may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions: NO refunds or replacements on all custom orders. 50% to 100% down payment is required for all custom orders. Carefully package the merchandise, using the original packing as a guide. Contact us directly for an RPA (return product approval) we will then let you know where to send the product prepaid and fully insured. If returning damaged merchandise, you must follow all UPS or USPS return instructions or any claims will not be honored. All non-product related fees (shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are NOT refundable. NO refunds on shipping and handling charges. In the event that an order is canceled prior to its delivery, there is a 25% charge applicable to your credit card or account due for fulfillment and payment processing. If a product is damaged during shipping you will need to contact the shipping company to file a claim. Shipping damages are not our companies responsibility. Please follow all available shipping company guidelines for filing a claim.
Colors
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of products that appear in email and on our Site. However, as the actual colors you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. For all developmental products it is always best to submit a specific color with color number or sample so we can match the color as closely as possible.
System Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% system availability, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Should we experience technical difficulties, PPG is not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, and/or intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by PPG.
The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site without written consent from PPG. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.
User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed , submitted or offered to PPG on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") shall be and remain PPG property. Such disclosure, submissions or offer of any Comments shall constitute an assignment to PPG of all worldwide rights titles, and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Comments. Thus, PPG will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Comments. PPG is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; (2) to pay to user any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any user Comments.

PPG also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in PPG sole discretion you fail to comply with any termination of the Agreement by either you or PPG, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
